We provide studio-grade post-production infrastructure to filmmakers who possess a powerful storytelling vision but lack the technical resources or budget to execute a true theatrical master.
Winning this grant is an elite Fellowship. Selected creators enter the Whole Brain Media post-production ecosystem for an intense 8-week phase known as "The Forge." Here, your project is optimized, polished, and mastered up to strict Rec.2020 / HDR broadcast standards to ensure it looks and sounds flawless on a cinema screen.

January 1, 2027: Submissions Officially Open.

Tier 1: The Cinematic Master (1 Winner)
Full Studio Dedication: Complete, professional Color Grade, Sound Design, Audio Mix, and HDR Mastering/Trims handled entirely by Whole Brain Media.
The Marketing Kit: Production of a high-end theatrical trailer and professional, high-resolution key art/poster design.
Guaranteed Headliner Premiere: A marquee, featured screening slot during the Cineformation Weekend.
Tier 2: The Craft Selects (2–4 Winners)
Niche Finish: A focused, professional studio finish of either a complete Color Grade or a full Sound Design & Audio Mix.
Official Selection: A guaranteed screening slot in the official program during the Cineformation Weekend.
Tier 3: The Digital Library (5–10 Winners)
The Digital Assets: Custom LUT packages, audio utility assets, and mastering workflow templates built by Whole Brain Media to assist your independent post-production.
Studio Access: A permanent 25% to 50% discount on standard Whole Brain Media post-production commercial services.
📐 SUBMISSION DETAILS
The Rough Cut: A 4K picture-locked version of your Pilot, Web Series Episode, or Proof of Concept (10 to 45 minutes in length, approximately 90% complete).
The 3-Page Pitch Deck: Utilizing the official "Cine-Dossier" template found inside the community resource dashboard.
The "Hero Frame" QC: A 30-second RAW or Log camera clip of your project's most technically challenging scene for our engineers to audit.
⚖️ RULES & TERMS
The 90% Rule: Principal photography must be 100% complete. We are "Finishers," not a production fund. If it isn't shot and picture-locked, do not submit.
Community Exclusive: The Cineformation Grant is an elite member asset. Applicants must be active members of The Master Elite Fellowship (Tier 2) to apply for and receive studio services.
The Handover: Winners must provide full, uncompromised project assets (RAW video files and clean Audio Stems) by June 1st to guarantee their slot in The Forge. Full instructions on how to securely upload your project assets directly to Whole Brain Media via the Blackmagic Cloud will be provided inside the community portal.
